My wedding was last Saturday, May 21, and I just wanted to say my husband and I were extremely happy with the limos and the service from our drivers. We had the white town car and the 1958 Princess, and everyone LOVED he cars. We drove in the princess with Ernie as our driver, and he was so professional and nice. When the pictures were being taken, it started to pour, and Ernie put the top up as quickly as possible. He truly helped make our special day even more memorable! I don't remember the other drivers name, but he was also very professional. The bridal party had nothing but great things to say about him as well. I want to thank you guys for your service! I was very happy with all aspects of our service. The reservationist, Lauren, was courteous and helpful. Our limo arrived early even after calling to make us aware of fire trucks blocking our street. Our chauffeur, Sergio, was polite, helpful, adaptive, and flexible to our progressive schedule. The vehicle was beautiful and in excellent condition. Pricing was competitive if not excellent on comparison to other companies that I researched.

What can Top Class Limousine do to improve our service?:

It was all great. No complaints. All of my guests had a great time.

If I were being really picky, perhaps retro fit The stereo to include an iPod connection.

We wanted to take this moment to send not only you a BIG Thank you, but TOP CLASS and our fabulous driver Manny as well for an awesome job on our wedding day Sunday 1/13/08.

When the Limo arrived (earlier than expected I must add) we were ready to go and excited to board the beautiful white 2008 stretch hummer limo...Manny was so helpful from the moment he picked us up to the smooth ride to the church...When we arrived he helped everyone out of the limo and held my hand tight as I nervously exited the limo (I want to thank him for that, because I was so nervous I thought I would pass out).

I want to add that Manny went above and beyond the call of duty...My bridal party was a mess (not everyone attended the rehearsal the day before) and as we scampered to put everyone in line, Manny stepped in and was a HUGE help, he not only positioned everyone in the correct order, he gave me a quick pick me up by saying how everything would be ok...The ceremony was perfect and part of my stress was relived by Manny and his awesome kind heartedness.

We had such a blast on the Limo, the mood was definitely set for our reception...All in all, I had a wonderful wedding day from start to finish and I must add that because of my excellent and most awesome Limo driver Manny what would of been a church foul up in turn was a flawless processional at the church...Manny is a wonderful asset to Top Class and I will recommend Top Class to all the future brides that I know, and Top Class will be number one choice for any future events that we may have.

Lauren from Top Class took care of me start to finish. We were very happy with the Limo’s, they were clean (I was only in 1 of the 3 and it looked fine) they arrived on time and did what they needed to do. All BP Members are in agreement regarding great service. No complaints at all and no one got lost. We had champagne and a red carpet service. One of the GM needed to run back to Yonkers (We were in Rye taking pictures) and they drove him all the way there and back. We also used them to take us to the airport the next day—they driver was excellent—he showed up in a Charger (I think) and it was a nice ride! Highly recommend
